“I am in rather need of immediate relief,” I told my nutritionist.

“ I see.” She said. There was a pause. “ And exactly what are you experiencing? How many enzymes are you taking a day to relieve your pain?”

“ Roughly 6-8 enzymes with each meal.” I answered. Tears filled my eyes as I described the knife stabbing pain in my intestines after each meal and the mind-numbing migraines I experienced on the regular.

When the weather gets hot sometimes it’s hard to know what kind of cool treat to give your toddler or baby that’s not full of dies or sugar. This was a hit! My toddler loved it and my baby ( 9 months) chased him around to steal it from him till it was gone 😜

I feel like i’ve been spiritually vomiting for the past year. That there are things that keep coming up and out of me that I didn't;t even realize were there. I always come to this place where I feel I can’t possibly surrender anything more, that everything that I know to surrender is surrendered and given up. That all my control is given up. Then it happens all over again on a new level. This past week was one of those times.
