Update On Dad- He’s Home!

Wanting to post a brief update here on Dad for friends + family following along with his journey-

Dad and Mom are home! 👏

After consulting with the doctor in Arizona they said they would like to wait a while to perform surgery on dad until the chemo is out of his system. They were unsure if surgery would be necessary but since the mass hasn’t shrunk any or moved they said surgery is recommended to remove it.

Since they would have been in AZ for a month or so just waiting, they decided to come home and perform surgery locally. We are so happy to have them home!

His follow up care is local to where they are here in PA and they’re just taking it one step at a time with further treatment. The doctor they saw recently recommended 5 weeks of radiation prior to his surgery so they’re just beginning the journey of prepping and exploring the route of surgery.

We are ever so grateful for all of you’re prayers and support through this time, they have meant the world to mom and dad 🫶
